Alberto studied the fine art of cooking at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York—but his real calling? Bringing that world-class know-how back home to celebrate Dominican flavors, fire, and flair.
Out of that love for local sabor came Limón Culinario, a bold blend of catering, culinary events, and chef-led experiences. And because one kitchen isn’t enough for all that smoke and soul, he also co-founded BBQ Express, a carnivore’s dream where fire takes the lead and the sides know their place.
He’s cooked with Michelin-starred chefs like Rubén Arnanz, and repped the DR in Canada, China, and beyond—serving unforgettable dishes to embassies, diplomats, and global palates.
But at his core?
He’s still that guy who gets excited about a perfect chimichurri and a local pepper that tells a story.
Now, Alberto is relaunching the catering and live-event experience of his group—mixing tradition, technique, and a dash of showmanship to create moments that taste as good as they look.
